emm_reader_match: Check csystem.caids along with reader->caid.
Bulcrypt reader supports two distinct CAIDs so reader->caid is
not set but caids[] are set. Add checks for values in caids[]
in emm_reader_match() in order for EMMs to work.

-In folder "OpenXCAS-exemple-" are present "openxcas.conf"
and others exemple files generated during compilation.
(is present file "module.seq", need edit it if you use others emu,
remember to use symbol # before the names of non-active emu)

-In folder "OScam 1.20" or "OpenXCAS-exemple-"
is present build oscam file to put in "/PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/oscamCAS"
with chmod 755

appear on the serial port. Card init is now much faster.
